      Function of refining agent outside the furnace

    1. Reduce slag inclusions: it has the functions of slagging, deoxidation and desulfurization, thus greatly reducing the generation of inclusions, energy and low melting point elements to form high melting point slag inclusions.

    2. Improve the morphology of slag inclusions inside the molten steel: add a certain proportion of rare earth to improve the microstructure of the material, refine the grain, and improve the morphology of inclusions inside the molten steel, especially MnS slag can float up.

    3, reduce pores, shrinkage: the use of a variety of active elements of the superposition effect, so that the grain size of steel is reduced, microstructure refinement, reduce the pores, shrinkage.

    4. Production of stable composite deoxidation products: By adjusting the Si/Mn ratio and Ca, a more stable composite deoxidation product is generated, and the deoxidation and desulfurization effects are improved.

    5. With dephosphorization effect, Bao is used instead of Cao, which improves the dephosphorization effect of medium frequency furnace, combines with carbon energy to form a very stable carbide (TiC) compound, and reduces the formation tendency of chromium carbide (cr23C6)

     

      The amount of refining purification agent added outside the furnace and the method of use:

    1. Addition: 0.05-0.10%

    2. When tapping steel, pour a small amount of molten steel first, and then throw the competing agent into the ladle.

    3. When the tapping volume is more than 5 tons, it is recommended to put it in batches and add it before the total amount of molten steel is 2/3.

    4, the ladle is small, and many times out of the furnace pouring, it is recommended to add 2-3 times in the furnace

     

      How to use the purification agent outside the furnace refining effect is better

    1, after the dissolution of the precipitation deoxidation, diffusion deoxidation after use, the effect is better

    3, the final deoxidation using composite deoxidation after the use of better effect
