Due to the good collapsibility, strong regeneration and high recovery rate of fused ceramic sand (treasure sand) furan resin, compared with the traditional sodium silicate sand process or silica sand furan resin process, the waste sand discharge is small and the regeneration equipment is simple. Only a simple secondary mechanical friction regeneration can achieve a high regeneration rate, which can not only produce high-quality castings, but also has significant comprehensive benefits.

Mianchi Chenghui New Materials Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 40000 tons of molten ceramic sand (Baozhu Second Sand), is located in Yingzhang Industrial Park, an industrial agglomeration area in Mianchi County, Henan Province, with a total investment of 0.15 billion yuan and an area of 65 mu. The first phase, with an investment of 60 million yuan and an area of 20 mu, is designed to produce 15000 tons of molten ceramic sand (Baozhu sand) annually and will be put into production in May 2019. This project is based on the rich and high-quality bauxite raw materials in Mianchi, supported by the strong scientific and technological advantages of Southeast University, and relying on the convenient environmental advantages of Mianchi industrial agglomeration area, to build a domestic molten ceramic sand production base as the goal, to promote the transformation and upgrading of the domestic casting industry as the concept, to build Mianchi molten ceramic sand (Baozhu sand) and green casting industrial park, for the development of China molten ceramic sand (Baozhu sand) to a higher level, lay the foundation.
