The company's annual output of 40000 tons of molten ceramic sand (Baozhu sand) project is located in Yingzhang Industrial Park, an industrial agglomeration area in Mianchi County, Henan Province, with a total investment of $20 million and an area of 65 hectare. The first phase, with an investment of $8.39 million and an area of 20 hectare, with an annual output of 15000 tons of molten ceramic sand (Ceramic Sand), will be put into production in May 2019. This project is based on the rich and high-quality bauxite raw materials in Mianchi, supported by the strong scientific and technological advantages of Southeast University, relying on the convenient environmental advantages of the industrial agglomeration area in Mianchi County, aiming at building a domestic leading molten ceramic sand production base, and taking the concept of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the domestic casting industry, the project is focused on building the molten ceramic sand and green casting industrial park, and developing the molten ceramic sand (Ceramic Sand) in China to a higher level, lay the foundation.

Application areas
The use of molten ceramic sand (jewel sand) instead of silica sand can greatly reduce the dust emitted, and the silica dust contained in the dust is very small, which is of great significance to improve working conditions and protect the environment.

The strength of alkaline phenolic resin self-hardening sand increases with the increase of resin content, but its strength increases slowly to a certain amount. The increase of resin dosage will not only increase the production cost, but also increase the residual alkali in the resin sand and the carbonaceous coating layer on the surface of the sand, which will affect the quality and strength of the recycled sand and the regeneration rate of the old sand.
Due to the good collapsibility, strong regeneration and high recovery rate of fused ceramic sand (treasure sand) furan resin, compared with the traditional sodium silicate sand process or silica sand furan resin process, the waste sand discharge is small and the regeneration equipment is simple. Only a simple secondary mechanical friction regeneration can achieve a high regeneration rate, which can not only produce high-quality castings, but also has significant comprehensive benefits.
